Nelly.com
For the first time in my life I am now waiting for my order from nelly.com. I thought I’d show you what I bought. Unfortunatly, I have to run. We’re barbecuing in the park today. Have a wonderful evening.

Skirt from H&M The Garden Collection. Top from H&M.
I bought a tripod (finally), so hopefully there will be more outfit pictures from now on. This is how I looked at school today. I absolutely adore this skirt, it is so comfortable, and it makes me happy. I love “happy fashion”, with colours and funny motifs. Like skirts with tiny monkeys on them. Hehe. Do you like happy fashion?

Skjørt fra H&M The Garden collection.
Hehe. Liker du “happy fashion”?
I could not resist going shopping after all. This is what I ended up with:D I have been annoyed that I have not really had anything to relax in at home while I’ve lived here. So that was a priority today. Of course I also ended up with another flower patterned dress. Haha. But I do love it. Urban Outfitters are now one of my absolute favourites. I have never been in there, and I was very surprised to find so many lovely things. I’d spend all my money if I had more time.
I am now home after a great weekend in London. I had a fantastic time with Ingrid, Håkon and Tobias. We spent most of our time shopping, and in the evenings we were way to tired to do anything. On friday we arrived at the hotel quite early in the day. After putting our bags in the room we hit Oxford Street. It was highly entertaining to see people with Bergans jackets and snus again, as Oxford Street had been invaded by half of Norway this week. I really had to watch what I was saying. However we did not bump into either Voe or Nette Nestea (I think maybe they both went home the same day that we got there (whatever)). We got very tired after all the shopping, and took the underground back to Paddington. After a lovely dinner at Angus Steak House we bought a few beers and decided to just relax at the hotel room. On the way, we met an old friend of mine, Eira. She joined us for a bit, but went to a concert later on. We got up quite early on saturday and went straight to Harrods. Before actually going to Harrods we looked around in the area around it, and we went on a “museum tour” (as I like to call it) in the insanely expensive stores. It was fun though, seeing the clothes in real life, not only on the catwalk. We spent the day looking around and went back to Oxford Street for a little bit afterwards. Then I really was in a shopping mood, and bought quite a bit. Want to know what I bought? Then continue reading. The night was spent eating greek food at a tiny restaurant with stressed staff and having a couple of beers while watching Ugly Betty in our room. Perfect ending of a perfect trip. Hehe. This is what I bought:
I also bought a white and blue striped sweater and a blouse with orange/red/yellow flowers at Zara and two pair of earrings at Topshop. I just could not find any pictures online. Outfit pictures will come later if I can persuade Tobias to help me:)
I’ve been very good. I’m trying to save money for our trip to London this weekend, so I didn’t buy much today. I did, however, buy these Tapered Twill Trousers from Topshop. This picture looks stupid, it looks much better on.
Okay, so I figured that H&M is not that far away from school. Therefore: shopppppppinnng! I went by after class today (now I am absolutely exhausted, and will not remove myself from the sofa before going to bed). I found some of the things that is on my wish list and some new things. I did not buy any dresses or shoes, so I am very very proud of myself! Unfortunately I can’t find pictures online of my new clothes, so I’ll have to take some later. I forgot to bring the camera to the sofa, so you’ll have to wait:P
I guess H&M in Norway and H&M in England is not the same, huh? You can’t shop online in England, so I use the Norwegian online shop. But in the store everything is in different colours and they have different things.
Now, I am going to watch Gilmore Girls and fall asleep on the sofa until Tobias comes home:)
This is the result of my trip to town today. I am oh so happy about my buyings. And I was very good: I only bought things from H&M, so I did not spend a lot of money.
They only had two pairs of the wedges left, both in the same size.. mine (that NEVER happens)! I was so lucky. And they had hidden them, sort of, because since there were only the smallest size left they had moved them.
I tried on a bunch of jeans, and found these eventually. I am so happy! There is not a lot of holes in them, which I prefer, and they fit me perfectly. I was surprised to see that I had to go down a size, but I guess that’s how loose fit works? I do need a cool belt at some point though. I think it would look cool. But it is not necessary for now.
I was not going to buy another jacket, but I ended up buying one anyway. It looks kind of like my old spring jacket (see the post “wonderful mix“), but this one is blue. Hehe.
Oh, and I need a haircut. So bad. And I need to colour my roots. Usj.
I have been looking for a new perfume, and I decided to buy Chance Eau Fraîche by Chanel. It has a fresh smell and at first I could only smell the citrus. I tried it on my skin and was surprised to find it very different after a while. It got a bit sweeter, but still had the freshness I liked from the beginning. I’ve previously used Be Delicious from DKNY, Green Tea from Elizabeth Arden, Miracle by Lancôme.
*status update 23.01.2010 – Chanel Chance just won a Costume Award for Best Scent*
I am planning on wearing this for new years eve with black ankle boots and thick tights.
I really needed new winter boots, and these are really warm and comfortable. I think I might wear them tomorrow as it is quite cold here these days. It doesn’t beat Norway, but still very cold.
